Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → find ZENITH → tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Apple handles all refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open ZENITH → navigate to any premium feature → on the paywall, tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your premium access will be restored immediately at no charge.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the ZENITH purchase, and select Request a Refund. Apple typically responds within a few days.

How do I delete my account and all data?

In ZENITH, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes all your data — scores, progress photos, routines, and chat history — within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will handle it.

Why isn't my score updating after logging?

Scores update when you complete a daily check-in or submit a category tracking session. Make sure you have a stable internet connection when saving. If scores still aren't updating, force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach uses your profile data — age, scores, goals, and focus areas — to give personalized optimization advice. Messages are processed via OpenRouter. Free accounts receive 5 messages per day. ZENITH Pro includes up to 50 messages per day (resets at midnight). AI responses are educational only and not medical advice.

Are my progress photos and data private?

Yes. Progress photos are stored in private Supabase Storage with Row Level Security — only your account can access them. Photos are never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or accessible to ZENITH staff. When you delete your account, all photos are permanently deleted within 30 days.

How does the free trial and billing work?

ZENITH Pro includes a 3-day free trial on eligible plans. No charge during the trial. After 3 days, your selected plan (monthly at $9.99 or annual at $59.99) is charged to your Apple ID and auto-renews until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I forgot which email I signed up with.

If you used Sign in with Apple, check your Apple ID in iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top. If you used Sign in with Google, it is your Google account email. Email us at thezenithappsupport@gmail.com and we can help identify your account.

The app is crashing or not loading properly.

Try in order: 1) Force-close ZENITH and reopen. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Update ZENITH in the App Store. 4) Restart your iPhone. If the issue persists, email us at thezenithappsupport@gmail.com with your iPhone model and iOS version.
